Profile:
Mr. Brier concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, leasing, development, lending and lease enforcement. This includes representing primarily institutional developers, owners and managers of income-producing real property in negotiating and documenting shopping center, office building and industrial park leases, ground leases, purchase and sale transactions and real estate loan transactions. Mr. Brier is also extensively involved in the representation of commercial landlords in the enforcement of commercial leases and the resolution of landlord-tenant disputes.
Mr. Brier has been an author and speaker at seminars for the International Council of Shopping Centers and Institute of Real Estate Management on issues pertaining to commercial leasing and commercial landlord-tenant matters. He is also a former member of the State Bar of Arizona Committee on Rules of Professional Conduct.
