Mr. Irish focuses his practice in the areas of business and real estate transactions. This includes representing owners of real property in purchase and sale transactions, the leasing of retail, office and industrial space, and all other matters relating to the ownership or management of commercial real estate. Mr. Irish also represents both lenders and borrowers in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including loan originations and workouts of troubled loans.
